Description and technical characteristics of BAC 297
1. Product name, type.
BAC 297 is modified mineral oil for adhesive application systems. |

2. Suggested applications.
Designed to be flushed through pressurised systems or drained through “wheel in pot” type applicators. Removes build-ups of hot melt adhesive gel, loosens char (carbonized adhesive) in tanks, hoses etc. |

3. Product properties:
• liquid (in normal condition);
• odour – petroleum hydrocarbon;
• colour – water white;
• flash point – over 200°Ñ;
• recommended application temperature – up to 160°Ñ.

4. Recommendations:
Store in original container with lid tightly closed, away from food and food packaging. |
5. Additional information:
• meet internationally recognised standards;
• thorough cleaning once a year is preferable to more frequent but less intense cleaning;
• an insufficiently cleaned system can result in char being loosened without being removed and cause blockage problems later.

1. Product name, type.
BAMSOLVE is a versatile cleaner based on orange terpenes for cold cleaning. |

2. Suggested applications.
Used to remove hot melt which has splashed or spilt on to machinery, metal surfaces, ceramics, glass, wood and other surfaces. Bamsolve may be used for cleaning of parts e.g. nozzles, filters, spray heads. |
3. Product properties:
• liquid (in normal condition);
• citrus odour;
• colour – water white/yellow;
• flash point – over 46°Ñ;
• not miscible in water.

4. Recommendations:
Store in original container with lid tightly closed, away from sources of ignition and food stuffs. |

5. Additional information:
• meet internationally recognised standards;
• must be used undiluted and cold;
• may be recovered by filtering;
• recommended for regular cleaning of cartridge filters once per 3-4 weeks;
• can attack certain plastics.
