COLD APPLIED ADHESIVES “LUX-D” GROUP OF ADHESIVES

Water-soluble modified starch based colloidal adhesive

Suggested applications:
• For binding to dry glass containers, at the temperature of up to 35°С (preserves, wine, vodka etc.)
• For attachment of labels on PET containers (water, household chemicals, beverages) with overlap of more than 8 mm.
• For overlap binding of label to the tin container (preserves, paints).
• For binding of labels to the paper and cardboard containers.
Adhesives of this group may be used both for manual application and application on labelling equipment of different types at the operation speed of up to 20000 bottles per hour.

Product properties:
non-toxic, non-flammable, adhesive bond withstanding external influences;
causes no oxidation or damage to rubber and metal parts during operation of the equipment;
adhesive consumption depends on the equipment type and condition, operation temperature, label properties and labelling surfaces.
Note: When used with other kinds of adhesives needs preliminary compatibility check.
